Alerts, campaigns and costs
The service, approval, sending, countries and pricing. Each industry page has questions for that industry.
What is an alert?
An alert is something at a prospect that gives you a reason to be in touch. Examples are a new decision-maker, a LinkedIn post, a relevant job advert, a Companies House filing, a contract award, funding news or a return visit to your site. Each industry page lists what counts there.
How quickly does a campaign launch?
Within 30 minutes of the alert, at any hour. Emails send straight away in the prospect’s business hours, otherwise at 08:00 their time. Your sales alert arrives straight away.
What does a campaign include?
An email, a guide and a day-5 follow-up for each decision-maker, LinkedIn ads, a sales alert with a call brief and a record in your CRM. Premium adds a video from your MD for each person and a page for the prospect.
How many prospects can we have?
Up to 100 prospects, with up to 10 contacts loaded at each. Campaign emails go to 3 named decision-makers plus the person behind the alert.
How often will a prospect hear from us?
No more than one campaign in any 30 days, plus the monthly newsletter.
Do campaigns wait for our approval?
No. Each campaign goes live within 30 minutes of its alert, and you see each one in your CRM and the Monday report. How approval works
Which countries do you work in?
The UK, North America and Asia-Pacific (APAC).
Do we need a CRM?
It helps. With HubSpot or Salesforce, every campaign and reply is logged there. Without one, sales alerts arrive by email or Teams and the Monday report is your record.
What does it cost?
Standard is £1,495 a month and Premium is £2,250 a month, excluding VAT. The pricing page lists what each plan includes and what costs extra. See pricing
