Reformat Agency is a trading name of Reformat Labs Limited, registered in England and Wales, company number 17047849. Our registered office is 27 Old Gloucester Street, London WC1N 3AX.

What we keep

When you send the contact form, we keep your name, email address, business, phone number if you give it, the kind of customers you have, the service you asked about, your message and the page you sent it from.

Why we keep it

We use these details to reply to you and, if we work together, to keep a record of what we agreed. Your message is handled by the Reformat Labs Limited team.

Where it is stored

Your details are stored in this website's database, which is hosted by Cloudflare. We do not sell your details.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for 24 months and then delete them, unless you become a client. Client records are kept for as long as you are a client and for six years afterwards, for accounting and legal reasons.

Cookies and analytics

We use Google Analytics to see how visitors use the site, such as which pages are viewed and how people found us. Google Analytics sets cookies (named _ga) and processes this information for us under our legitimate interest in improving our website. It does not tell us who you are, and we do not use it for advertising. You can block these cookies in your browser settings or with Google's opt-out browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
