Approval and control

What you can see and change in every campaign

You sign off a sample of each campaign type before launch. After that, each campaign goes live within 30 minutes of its alert.

What you can do

Your view of each campaign, and your controls

What you can see

  • Every campaign, reply and new contact in your CRM
  • The Monday report on the week’s alerts and campaigns
  • Each sales alert and call brief as it arrives

What you can change, at any time

  • Pause a prospect or a contact
  • Pause all sending
  • Add or remove prospects at the monthly review

Rules we always follow

Your mailbox, LinkedIn, email law and opt-outs

These apply for every client, whatever the alert and whatever the industry.

Written for one prospect

Each campaign is written for one prospect and the alert behind it, in the same fixed format each time.

Sent from your own mailbox

Emails go from one named person at your business, in the prospect’s business hours, so replies land in their inbox.

LinkedIn is never automated

We never post, message or comment on LinkedIn for you. Your ads run from an ad account you pay for at cost.

Each country’s email law

Emails to each prospect follow the email law in its own country.

One campaign per prospect in 30 days

A prospect gets at most one campaign every 30 days. A second alert inside that time updates your sales brief.

An opt-out ends email

When someone opts out, they go on your suppression list and get no more campaign emails.

Sending questions

Questions about sending and compliance

Ask us another question

Your mailbox, email law, LinkedIn, tracking, videos and regulated industries.

How do you connect to our mailbox?

You approve our app in Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, limited to your sender’s mailbox. Emails sit in their Sent Items, and you can remove the app at any time.

Is cold email legal?

In the UK, campaign emails go to limited companies and limited liability partnerships (LLPs), with your details and an opt-out on each one. Contacts who can’t be emailed see the LinkedIn ads and appear in your sales alerts.

Who posts on LinkedIn?

Your sender does, from their own account. Sales alerts include a suggested message or comment for them to edit and send.

Do you track opens?

No. One-to-one emails carry no open tracking. Replies and clicks to your site are logged.

Is the video really from our MD?

Premium videos are made from a recording and consent your MD gives once. Each one carries a label saying it was digitally generated.

What if we’re in a regulated industry?

Campaigns are written to your profession’s marketing rules, such as a Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) status line on each email.
